Balance Due after butchering at the rate of $4/ pound of hanging weight minus this deposit. Processing shall be paid to the butcher upon drop off . Upon receipt of this deposit a cut sheet will be sent to you, the butcher will contact you directly to discuss your cut preferences upon their receipt of your steer. Meat shall be picked up from the butcher by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon with SHR
Hanging weight is typically between 625 and 650 lbs
Yields between 575 and 600 lbs
